Kale, Pineapple & Ginger Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 kale leaf (stems removed)
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
